Dispose Collateral

Marks the asset's ACTIVE pledge on this loan as DISPOSED (liquidated/repossessed/sold - the free-text reason says which). Not reversible. Not tied to foreclosure processing. Requires DISPOSE_COLLATERAL_PLEDGE.
