Requests provider template data using an existing active counterparty's saved business details before adding a payment instrument. A nonblank business name is required. Requires bearer authentication and CREATE_COUNTERPARTY_PAYMENT_INSTRUMENT. No query parameters or request body are required. Returns the successful payment-orchestrator response unchanged, including provider configuration and test fixtures when present.
