Returns the standard core loan template for the given product/client (same shape the loan creation form already consumes), augmented with an mca block carrying the product's default factor rate and holdback. The frontend uses the mca block to prefill StepMCADetails. When the product has no MCA defaults configured, the mca block is omitted and the response is the plain core template.
