Existing endpoint, same request and response as before. Returns pledges of every status (ACTIVE, RELEASED, DISPOSED, WITHDRAWN) and leaves filtering to the caller; this is the one respect in which it differs from collateralPledges.items on the loan-detail wrapper, which is ACTIVE-only. Documented here because it is the call the endpoints above are meant to make unnecessary, and because its item shape is shared with them - including the collectibleId and subDescription fields.
