The loan's submitted cure plans, newest first, each with its legs and what happened to them. A PAY item's paymentId/paymentStatus are read live from the payment - the ACH debit, or the payment the borrower made through the link (null until they pay). PORTAL payments are not linked to a plan and stay COMMITTED. Requires READ_COLLATERAL.
