Send Payoff Quote Email

Calculates the payoff quote and queues the active payoff-estimate email to the borrower email address on file. The command is journaled; repeat requests are allowed because the quote may change over time.

Positive identifier of the loan for which the payoff is calculated. The authenticated user must have access to the loan office hierarchy.

Body Params

Optional desired payoff date. Send an empty object or omit the body to quote the tenant business date.

Optional input selecting the date on which the loan should be settled. Omitted or blank input uses the tenant business date.

ISO local date or ISO timestamp with a timezone offset. The timestamp is converted to the tenant-local calendar date and the resulting date must not be in the past.

400

Invalid or past payoff date, unavailable borrower email, missing template, or invalid loan request.

403

The authenticated user lacks SEND_PAYOFFQUOTE.
